Our housing Counselors will help client determine if home ownership meets their lifestyle understand the key roles of players in the process and their responsibilities. In the workshop they will be explained how to create a spending plan, understand credit, help them determine mortgage affordability, shopping for a mortgage loan, shopping for a home, knowing your rights, closing the deal, and how to protect their investments.  The workshops are either taught in Classroom setting or on line.
