Client remain in our Client Management System for a minimum of 3-5 years.  Contact is maintained accordingly as our goal of developing sustainable communities’ is on ongoing.  Counselors reemphasize to the new homeowners that importance of paying their mortgage on time and in compliance with their contract.  Those who purchase homes in the non-profit’s development are seen monthly when paying their Homeowner’s Association dues.  Others are contacted annually to ensure their mortgages, budgets and properties are maintained or just to make sure everything is okay.
